BBQ marinated carne asada on the grill until inside reaches 125-130 degrees. Set aside.
Cut a yellow and red bell pepper in half and remove the seeds.
On medium heat, warm a grill pan with avocado oil.
Place the bell peppers open side down to make char marks. Flip and cook the other side as well.
When bell peppers are done cooking, stuff the peppers with shredded lettuce, carne asada, homemade guacamole, and homemade salsa.
Top with black olives, red onion, and cilantro.
Serve and enjoy.
