Orange Chicken With Bone Broth

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a cast iron pan, season 6-7 boneless skinless chicken thighs with salt and pepper. 
Brown chicken on both sides. 
After chicken is brown, put them in the oven for approximately 15 minutes (75% cooked).
While the chicken is baking, combine 3/4 cup of fresh hand squeezed orange juice, 5 tbls. honey, 3/4 cup bone broth, and 1 tbls. Coconut Aminos.
Warm another pan with avocado oil and 2 tbls. fresh garlic. Sautéed for approximately 3-4 minutes. 
Add your orange juice mixture to the pan with garlic. 
Turn heat to low and reduce down for 10-15 minutes.
Take your chicken out of the oven, add orange juice mixture to cast iron pan (with chicken) and broil in oven for approximately 5 minutes. 
Make sure chicken temps 165 degrees inside. 
Garnish with green pencil onion.
Serve and enjoy.
