Q. How do I use it ?

A. The most simplest way to use it is just as it is, warmed up in a mug. Bone Broth makes a fantastic alternative to coffee or tea, thats why we made it in 250 ml packages.

Its protein content makes it an excellent choice for a snack between meals.

Swiss bone broth is also a great  base for soups, stews, and sauces.

It's also a nutrient-rich substitution for water when making rice and pasta.

 

Q. How long will it last ?

A. Swiss Bone Broth is good for 1.5 year in the freezer (check the use-by date). Once defrosted, the broth is good for up to 48 in the refrigerator.

 

Q. How do I defrost the bone broth ?

A. Frozen: Remove your bone broth from freezer and thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours. Once defrosted open and poor the  broth into a small stockpot. Heat over medium heat until you reach a simmer, stirring occasionally.

Quick thaw: Place your frozen bone broth (still sealed in plastic bag) in a bowl or sink of hot water for 5 to 10 minutes, or until it can be broken into pieces. Open the bag; invert contents into a small stockpot and follow above instructions.

Q. Why does bone broth look like jello ?

A. When collagen cools it turns into gelatin. This jello-like is evidence that it's full of collagen and quality of bone broth.

 

Q. Why does Swiss Bone Broth freeze their Bone Broth?

A. Bone broth is not meant to last for weeks and months on a shelf. Swiss Bone Broth adds absolutely zero stabilizers, preservatives or flavorings to increase the shelf life of their product. Swiss Bone Broth freeze their bone broth to preserve nutrients at their best.
